Borough Market's Borough Market Kitchen is the designated hot street-food zone — pick whatever stall has a queue of locals for a cheap, reliable lunch.
Do not plan Borough Market for a Monday — it is closed. It runs Tue–Fri 10:00–17:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 and Sun 10:00–16:00, and not every trader trades every day.

London Pass attractions run through the Go City app, which you scan in at each site; big-hitters like the London Eye and The View from The Shard still require a booked time slot even though the pass covers the cost. Sort your Studio Tour date the moment you can.
UK government guidance is that you should take out appropriate travel insurance before you travel. It is strongly recommended rather than legally required, but without it you could be liable for emergency costs including medical treatment running to thousands of pounds. Cover the full trip length, hospital treatment, emergency transport, any pre-existing conditions and all planned activities. Buy it as soon as possible after booking.
The official UK travel-health country page lists no malaria risk and requires no special travel vaccines. Guidance is simply to be up to date with routine UK vaccinations for your age and history, such as tetanus and polio.
